About Studium
Todd Huxley opened his own building company in 2004. His aim was to create a small professional team specialising in custom built, architecturally designed homes. “Our approach was to focus on developing a custom design specific to each client’s requirements, resulting in the construction of unique, finely detailed award winning homes”, says Todd.
The business has grown into one of the Southwest’s premier building companies which continues to redefine the boundaries of style, quality and service with each new home.
Studium , which was launched in 2011, continues to achieve the very high level of quality and service for which the company has become renowned. However, Todd has extended the scope of works beyond the pure building component to include a complete Design & Construct service for clients who are looking for a complete one on one relationship with their builder. This includes both Residential and Commercial Projects. By working together from the start of the project, Todd and his team are able to ensure a smooth and efficient design process which minimises delays and meets the client’s budgetary requirements.
